§ 31A-27a-114 — Immunity and indemnification.

(1)For purposes of this section:
(1)(a) "Receiver's assistant" includes:
(1)(a)(i) a present or former special deputy or assistant special deputy engaged by contract or otherwise;
(1)(a)(ii) a person whom the receiver, a special deputy, or an assistant special deputy employs to assist in a delinquency proceeding under this chapter; and
(1)(a)(iii) a state employee acting with respect to a delinquency proceeding under this chapter.
(1)(b) "Receiver's contractor" includes a person with whom the receiver, a special deputy, or an assistant special deputy contracts to assist in a delinquency proceeding under this chapter such as:
(1)(b)(i) an attorney;
(1)(b)(ii) an accountant;
(1)(b)(iii) an auditor;
(1)(b)(iv) an actuary;
(1)(b)(v) an investment banker;
(1)(b)(vi) a financial advisor;
