§ 31A-27a-103 — Insurer receivership laws.
Utah·Title 31A Insurance Code·Ch. 31A-27a Insurer Receivership Act·Part 31A-27a-1 General Provisions
(1)The state's insurer receivership laws consists of:
(1)(a) this chapter; and
(1)(b) Chapter 28, Guaranty Associations.
(2)The laws listed in Subsection (1) shall be construed together in a manner that is consistent.
