Text

(1)The commissioner shall issue a license to act as a third party administrator to a person who:
(1)(a) satisfies the character requirements under Section 31A-25-204;
(1)(b) satisfies the financial responsibility requirement under Section 31A-25-205;
(1)(c) has not committed an act that is a ground for denial, suspension, or revocation provided in Section 31A-25-208;
(1)(d) if a nonresident, complies with Section 31A-25-206; and
(1)(e) pays the applicable fees under Section 31A-3-103.
(2)(2)(a) This Subsection (2) applies to the following persons:
(2)(a)(i) an applicant for a third party administrator's license; or
(2)(a)(ii) a licensed third party administrator.
(2)(b) A person described in Subsection (2)(a) shall report to the commissioner:
