§ 31A-23b-102 — Definitions.
As used in this chapter:
(1)"Enroll" and "enrollment" mean to:
(1)(a) (1)(a)(i) obtain personally identifiable information about an individual; and
(1)(a)(ii) inform an individual about accident and health insurance plans or public programs offered on an exchange;
(1)(b) solicit insurance; or
(1)(c) submit to the exchange:
(1)(c)(i) personally identifiable information about an individual; and
(1)(c)(ii) an individual's selection of a particular accident and health insurance plan or public program offered on the exchange.
(2)"Navigator":
(2)(a) means a person who facilitates enrollment in an exchange by offering to assist, or who advertises any services to assist, with:
(2)(a)(i) the selection of and enrollment in a qualified health plan or a public program offered on an exchange; or
