§ 31A-2-402 — Definitions.
Utah·Title 31A Insurance Code·Ch. 31A-2 Administration of the Insurance Laws·Part 31A-2-4 Title and Escrow Commission Act
As used in this part:
(1)"Commission" means the Title and Escrow Commission created in Section 31A-2-403.
(2)"Concurrence" means the entities given a concurring role must jointly agree for the action to be taken.
(3)"Real Estate Commission" means the Real Estate Commission created in Section 61-2f-103.
(4)"Title insurance matter" means a matter related to:
(4)(a) title insurance;
(4)(b) an escrow conducted by an individual title insurance producer or agency title insurance producer;
(4)(c) licensing, examination, and continuing education of an applicant to be a title licensee; or
(4)(d) conduct of a title licensee.
(5)"Title licensee" means a person licensed under this title as:
(5)(a) an agency title insurance producer with a title insurance line of authority;
