Text

(1)(1)(a) Upon request from an official described in Subsection (1)(b), the office shall report the name of an obligor who is over $10,000 delinquent in the payment of support and the amount of overdue support owed by the obligor to an obligee.
(1)(b) The following officials may request the information described in Subsection (1)(a):
(1)(b)(i) the attorney general;
(1)(b)(ii) a county attorney in whose jurisdiction the obligor's obligee resides; or
(1)(b)(iii) a district attorney in whose jurisdiction the obligor's obligee resides.
(2)The office shall make the report described in Subsection (1) no later than 30 days after the day on which the office receives the request for information.
