§ 26B-5-611 — Suicide prevention -- Reporting requirements.

(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "Bureau" means the Bureau of Criminal Identification created in Section 53-10-201 within the Department of Public Safety.
(1)(b) "Coalition" means the Statewide Suicide Prevention Coalition created under Subsection (3).
(1)(c) "Commission" means the Utah Behavioral Health Commission created in Section 26B-5-702.
(1)(d) "Coordinator" means the state suicide prevention coordinator appointed under Subsection (2).
(1)(e) "Fund" means the Governor's Suicide Prevention Fund created in Section 26B-1-325.
(1)(f) "Intervention" means an effort to prevent a person from attempting suicide.
(1)(g) "Legal intervention" means an incident in which an individual is shot by another individual who has legal authority to use deadly force.
