Utah·Title 26B Utah Health and Human Services Code·Ch. 26B-5 Health Care - Substance Use and Mental Health·Part 26B-5-3 Utah State Hospital and Other Mental Health Facilities
Any person who willfully and knowingly violates any provision of this part, except where another penalty is provided by law, is guilty of a class C misdemeanor.
