Text

(1)As used in this section, "technical assistance" means training for the prevention of suicide.
(2)(2)(a) Before July 1, 2021, and each subsequent July 1, the division shall solicit applications from health care organizations to receive technical assistance provided by the division.
(2)(b) The division shall approve at least one but not more than six applications each year.
(2)(c) The division shall determine which applicants receive the technical assistance before December 31 of each year.
(3)An application for technical assistance under this section shall:
