§ 26B-4-213 — Medical cannabis patient card -- Medical cannabis guardian card -- Conditional medical cannabis card -- Application -- Fees -- Studies.

(1)(1)(a) Subject to Section 26B-4-246, within 15 days after the day on which an individual who satisfies the eligibility criteria in this section or Section 26B-4-214 submits an application in accordance with this section or Section 26B-4-214, the department shall:
(1)(a)(i) issue a medical cannabis patient card to an individual described in Subsection (2)(a);
(1)(a)(ii) issue a medical cannabis guardian card to an individual described in Subsection (2)(b);
(1)(a)(iii) issue a provisional patient card to a minor described in Subsection (2)(c); and
(1)(a)(iv) issue a medical cannabis caregiver card to an individual described in Subsection 26B-4-214(4).
