Text

(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "Board" means the Utah State Developmental Center Board created in Section 26B-1-429.
(1)(b) "Division" means the Division of Integrated Healthcare within the department.
(1)(c) "Sustainability fund" means the Utah State Developmental Center Long-Term Sustainability Fund created in Subsection (2).
(1)(d) "Utah State Developmental Center" means the Utah State Developmental Center established in accordance with Chapter 6, Part 5, Utah State Developmental Center.
(2)There is created a special revenue fund entitled the "Utah State Developmental Center Long-Term Sustainability Fund."
(3)(3)(a) The sustainability fund consists of:
