§ 26B-1-329 — Mental Health Services Donation Fund.

(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "Mental health therapist" means the same as that term is defined in Section 58-60-102.
(1)(b) "Mental health therapy" means treatment or prevention of a mental illness, including:
(1)(b)(i) conducting a professional evaluation of an individual's condition of mental health, mental illness, or emotional disorder consistent with standards generally recognized by mental health therapists;
(1)(b)(ii) establishing a diagnosis in accordance with established written standards generally recognized by mental health therapists;
(1)(b)(iii) prescribing a plan or medication for the prevention or treatment of a condition of a mental illness or an emotional disorder; and
(1)(b)(iv) engaging in the conduct of professional intervention, including psychotherapy by the app
