§ 26B-1-325 — Governor's Suicide Prevention Fund.

(1)There is created an expendable special revenue fund known as the Governor's Suicide Prevention Fund.
(2)The fund shall consist of donations, gifts, grants, and bequests of real property or personal property made to the fund.
(3)A donor to the fund may designate a specific purpose for the use of the donor's donation, if the designated purpose is described in Subsection (4).
(4)(4)(a) Subject to Subsection (3), money in the fund shall be used for the following activities:
(4)(a)(i) efforts to directly improve mental health crisis response;
(4)(a)(ii) efforts that directly reduce risk factors associated with suicide; and
(4)(a)(iii) efforts that directly enhance known protective factors associated with suicide reduction.
