Text

(1)When it is apparent that beaver are doing damage to, or are a menace to, private property, a landowner or tenant may request authorization to kill or trap the beaver.
(2)The Wildlife Board may grant authorization described in Subsection (1) under conditions prescribed by the Wildlife Board.
