Utah Statutes
§ 23A-5-316 — Signs or equipment -- Damage or destruction unlawful -- Criminal penalty.
(1)A person may not:
(1)(a) shoot at, shoot, deface, damage, remove, or destroy a division sign or placard located in this state; or
(1)(b) damage, destroy, remove, or cause to be damaged, destroyed, or removed equipment or devices owned, controlled, or operated by the division.
(2)A person who violates this section is subject to the penalty provided in Section 23A-5-301.
