§ 23A-4-302 — Licenses for disabled veterans.

Utah·Title 23A Wildlife Resources Act·Ch. 23A-4 Licenses, Permits, Certificates of Registration, and Tags·Part 23A-4-3 Special Circumstances
(1)The Wildlife Board shall make rules in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, under which a veteran with a disability may receive a hunting, fishing, or combination license free or at a reduced price.
(2)In making rules under this section, the Wildlife Board shall:
(2)(a) use the same guidelines for disability as the United States Department of Veterans Affairs; and
(2)(b) provide at a minimum a reduction under this section of 25% of the full fee.
