§ 23A-4-1203 — Grounds for denial or revoking of registration -- Prohibited activities.

Utah·Title 23A Wildlife Resources Act·Ch. 23A-4 Licenses, Permits, Certificates of Registration, and Tags·Part 23A-4-12 Guide, Outfitter, and Spotter
(1)The division shall refuse to register an applicant, refuse to renew, or revoke the certificate of registration of a registrant during the time period that the division suspends the applicant's or registrant's privilege to:
(1)(a) hunt, if the applicant or registrant provides services requiring registration under this part related to hunting; or
(1)(b) fish, if the applicant or registrant provides services requiring registration under this part related to fishing.
(2)If the division suspends the privilege to hunt or fish under this title of the chief executive officer of an outfitter under which an applicant or registrant provides guide services, outfitting services, or spotting services:
(2)(a) during the time period that the chief executive officer's privilege to hunt is suspended, t
