§ 23A-15-101 — Definitions.

As used in this chapter:
(1)"Endangered Species Act" means the Endangered Species Act of 1973, 16 U.S.C. Sec. 1531 et seq.
(2)"Service" means the United States Fish and Wildlife Service.
(3)"Wolf" means the species Canis lupus.
