§ 23A-14-203 — Taking red fox or striped skunk.
Red fox or striped skunk may be taken anytime without a license as provided by this title, a rule made in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, or a proclamation of the Wildlife Board.
