§ 23A-12-203 — Falconry authorized.
The Wildlife Board may authorize the practice of falconry within the state and the capturing and keeping in possession of birds to be used in the practice of falconry under rules made by the Wildlife Board in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act.
