§ 19-6-708 — Registration and permit exemptions.

(1)The following persons are subject to Section 19-6-706, but are not subject to regulation as a registered or permitted site or facility under this part:
(1)(a) generators of DIYer used oil; and
(1)(b) farmers who generate in a calendar year an average of 25 gallons per month or less of used oil from vehicles or machinery used on the farm.
(2)The following are subject to rules made by the board as necessary to obtain and maintain primacy of the state used oil program under 40 C.F.R. 279, Standards for the Management of Used Oil, but are not subject to any other provision of this part:
(2)(a) mixtures of used oil and diesel fuel mixed on-site by the generator of the used oil for use in the generator's own vehicles are not subject to this part once the used oil and diesel fuel have bee
