Text

(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "Division" means the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control created in Section 19-1-105.
(1)(b) "Glass cullet" means broken or crushed glass suitable for reuse or reprocessing.
(1)(c) "Material recovery facility" means a facility that sorts recyclable material from single-stream recycling for sale to manufacturers.
(1)(d) "Multi-stream recycling" means the sorting or separating of recyclable material by a consumer by material type or category before collection.
(1)(e) "Recyclable material" means the same as that term is defined in Section 19-6-509.
(1)(f) "Single-stream recycling" means the collection of recyclable material by:
(1)(f)(i) a public entity; or
(1)(f)(ii) a person with whom the public entity has as a collection agreement.
