Text
(1)An individual or petroleum storage tank installation company may not install a petroleum storage tank without having a valid petroleum storage tank installation company permit.
(2)An individual or petroleum storage tank installation company who installs a petroleum storage tank in violation of Subsection (1) is subject to a civil penalty of $500 per petroleum storage tank.
(3)The director shall issue a notice of agency action assessing a civil penalty of $500 against a petroleum storage tank installation company or individual who installs a petroleum storage tank in violation of Subsection (1).
