Text

As used in this part:

(1)"Collection":
(1)(a) means the aggregation of consumer electronic devices from consumers; and
(1)(b) includes all the activities up to the time a consumer electronic device is delivered to a recycler.
(2)"Community collection event" means a scheduled event for a member of the public to dispose of or recycle:
(2)(a) a consumer electronic device or other electronic waste;
(2)(b) green or organic waste;
(2)(c) hazardous waste as that term is defined in Section 19-6-102; or
(2)(d) an item not considered household waste that is difficult to dispose of or recycle.
(3)(3)(a) "Computer" means an electronic, magnetic, optical, electrochemical, or other high-speed data processing device performing a logical, arithmetic, or storage function, including:
