(1)(1)(a) Each meeting of the administrative control board shall comply with Title 52, Chapter 4, Open and Public Meetings Act.
(1)(b) Subject to Subsection (2), an administrative control board shall:
(1)(b)(i) adopt rules of order and procedure to govern a public meeting of the administrative control board;
(1)(b)(ii) conduct a public meeting in accordance with the rules of order and procedure described in Subsection (1)(b)(i); and
(1)(b)(iii) make the rules of order and procedure described in Subsection (1)(b)(i) available to the public:
(1)(b)(iii)(A) at each meeting of the administrative control board; and
(1)(b)(iii)(B) if the special service district has a public website, on the website.
