§ 17C-1-805 — Agency to provide notice of hearings.
Utah·Title 17C Limited Purpose Local Government Entities - Community Reinvestment Agency Act·Ch. 17C-1 Agency Operations·Part 17C-1-8 Hearing and Notice Requirements
(1)Each agency shall provide notice, in accordance with this part, of each:
(1)(a) development impediment hearing;
(1)(b) plan hearing; or
(1)(c) budget hearing.
(2)The notice required under Subsection (1) may be combined with the notice required for any of the other hearings if the hearings are combined under Section 17C-1-802.
