(1)(1)(a) The board of trustees of a large public transit district shall create and employ an office of constituent services.
(1)(b) The duties of the office of constituent services described in Subsection (1)(a) shall include:
(1)(b)(i) establishing a central call number to hear and respond to complaints, requests, comments, concerns, and other communications from customers and citizens within the district;
(1)(b)(ii) keeping a log of the complaints, comments, concerns, and other communications from customers and citizens within the district; and
(1)(b)(iii) reporting complaints, comments, concerns, and other communications to management and to the local advisory council created in Section 17B-2a-808.2.
