§ 17B-2a-1307 — Reporting requirements.
Utah·Title 17B Limited Purpose Local Government Entities - Special Districts·Ch. 17B-2a Provisions Applicable to Different Types of Special Districts·Part 17B-2a-13 Infrastructure Financing District
(1)An infrastructure financing district shall submit an annual report, as provided in this section, to:
(1)(a) the state auditor;
(1)(b) the clerk or recorder of each municipality in which the infrastructure financing district is located; and
(1)(c) the clerk of the county in which the infrastructure financing district is located, if all or part of the infrastructure financing district is located in an unincorporated area of the county.
(2)A report required under Subsection (1) shall:
(2)(a) be filed no later than May 31 of each year; and
(2)(b) report, for the preceding calendar year:
(2)(b)(i) if applicable, the amount of property tax revenue the infrastructure financing district received;
