§ 17B-1-507 — Withdrawal petition certification -- Amended petition.
Utah·Title 17B Limited Purpose Local Government Entities - Special Districts·Ch. 17B-1 Provisions Applicable to All Special Districts·Part 17B-1-5 Withdrawal
(1)Within 30 days after the filing of a petition under Sections 17B-1-504 and 17B-1-506, the board of trustees of the special district in which the area proposed to be withdrawn is located shall:
(1)(a) (1)(a)(i) as necessary and with the assistance of the county clerk of the county in which the area proposed to be withdrawn is located, use the procedures described in Section 20A-1-1002 to determine whether a signer is a registered voter; and
(1)(a)(ii) with the assistance of officers of the county in which the area proposed to be withdrawn is located, determine whether the petition meets the requirements of Sections 17B-1-504 and 17B-1-506; and
(1)(b) (1)(b)(i) if the petition complies with the requirements set forth in Sections 17B-1-504 and 17B-1-506, certify the petition and mail or
