§ 17B-1-305 — Notice of offices to be filled.
Utah·Title 17B Limited Purpose Local Government Entities - Special Districts·Ch. 17B-1 Provisions Applicable to All Special Districts·Part 17B-1-3 Board of Trustees
On or before February 1 of each election year in which board members of a special district are elected, the board of each special district required to participate in an election that year shall prepare and transmit to the clerk of each county in which any part of the district is located a written notice that:
(1)designates the offices to be filled at that year's election; and
(2)identifies the dates for filing a declaration of candidacy for those offices.
