Text

(1)"Animal feeding operation" means a lot or facility where the following conditions are met:
(1)(a) animals have been, are, or will be stabled or confined and fed or maintained for a total of 45 days or more in any 12-month period; and
(1)(b) crops, vegetation, forage growth, or post-harvest residues are not sustained in the normal growing season over any portion of the lot or facility.
(2)(2)(a) "Commercial enterprise" means a building:
(2)(a)(i) used as a part of a business that manufactures goods, delivers services, or sells goods or services;
(2)(a)(ii) customarily and regularly used by the general public during the entire calendar year; and
(2)(a)(iii) connected to electric or water systems.
(2)(b) "Commercial enterprise" does not include an agriculture operation.
