(1)(1)(a) An applicable legislative body shall provide notice of the proposal, as a class B notice under Section 63G-30-102, for at least 15 days.
(1)(b) A legislative body shall provide the notice described in Subsection (1)(a) for the geographic boundaries of the proposed agriculture protection area, industrial protection area, or critical infrastructure materials protection area, and the area that extends 1,000 feet beyond the geographic boundaries of the proposed agriculture protection area, industrial protection area, or critical infrastructure materials protection area.
(2)The notice shall contain:
