§ 17-79-103 — County standards.
Utah·Title 17 Counties·Ch. 17-79 County Land Use, Development, and Management Act·Part 17-79-1 General Provisions
(1)This chapter does not prohibit a county from adopting the county's own land use standards.
(2)Notwithstanding Subsection (1), a county may not impose a requirement, regulation, condition, or standard that conflicts with a provision of this chapter, Chapter 80, Counties and Housing Supply, other state law, or federal law.
