Text
(1)An individual who willfully violates any provision of this chapter or the personnel rules made under this chapter is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
(2)In addition to the sanctions of Subsection (1), an individual who has been adjudged guilty of violating any of the provisions of this chapter or the personnel rules made under this chapter shall, for a period of five years:
(2)(a) be ineligible for appointment to or employment in a county position; and
(2)(b) if a county officer or employee, forfeit the county office or position.
