§ 17-70-510 — Prohibitions -- Violations.
Utah·Title 17 Counties·Ch. 17-70 County Clerk·Part 17-70-5 Disclosure Duties Applicable to All County Officers
(1)In addition to any penalty contained in any other provision of law, an individual who knowingly and intentionally violates this part:
(1)(a) is guilty of a class A misdemeanor; and
(1)(b) shall be dismissed from employment or removed from office.
(2)No person shall induce or seek to induce an officer to violate any of the provisions of this part.
