§ 17-66-102 — County officers enumerated.

The elected officers of a county are:

(1)(1)(a) in a county operating under a county commission, as described in Section 17-62-201, or expanded county commission form of government, as described in Section 17-62-202, each county commission member; or
(1)(b) in a county operating under a county executive-council form of government, as described in Section 17-62-203, or a council-manager form of government, as described in Section 17-62-204, the county legislative body members and the county executive;
(2)the county assessor, with powers and duties described in Chapter 67, County Assessor;
(3)the county attorney and a district attorney in a county which is part of a prosecution district, with powers and duties described in Chapter 68, County and District Attorney;
(4)the county auditor,
