Text

(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) (1)(a)(i) "Limited purpose entity" means a legal entity that:
(1)(a)(i)(A) performs a single governmental function or limited governmental functions; and
(1)(a)(i)(B) is not a state executive branch agency, a state legislative office, or within the judicial branch.
(1)(a)(ii) "Limited purpose entity" includes:
(1)(a)(ii)(A) area agencies, area agencies on aging, and area agencies on high risk adults, as those terms are defined in Section 26B-6-101;
(1)(a)(ii)(B) charter schools created under Title 53G, Chapter 5, Charter Schools;
(1)(a)(ii)(C) community reinvestment agencies, as that term is defined in Section 17C-1-102;
(1)(a)(ii)(D) conservation districts, as that term is defined in Section 17D-3-102;
(1)(a)(ii)(E) governmental nonprofit corporations,
