Text

(1)A dissolved nonprofit corporation may dispose of the known claims against it by following the procedures described in this section.
(2)A dissolved nonprofit corporation electing to dispose of known claims pursuant to this section may give written notice of the dissolution to known claimants at any time after the effective date of the dissolution. The written notice shall:
(2)(a) describe the information that shall be included in a claim;
(2)(b) provide an address to which written notice of any claim shall be given to the nonprofit corporation;
(2)(c) state the deadline by which the dissolved nonprofit corporation shall receive a claim, which may not be fewer than 120 days after the effective date of the notice; and
(2)(d) state that unless sooner barred by any other state statute li
