§ 16-16-601 — Member's interest.
Utah·Title 16 Corporations·Ch. 16-16 Uniform Limited Cooperative Association Act·Part 16-16-6 Member's Interest in Limited Cooperative Association
A member's interest:
(1)is personal property;
(2)consists of:
(2)(a) governance rights;
(2)(b) financial rights; and
(2)(c) the right or obligation, if any, to do business with the limited cooperative association; and
(3)may be in certificated or uncertificated form.
