§ 16-11-16 — Corporate name.

Utah·Title 16 Corporations·Ch. 16-11 Professional Corporation Act
(1)The name of each professional corporation as set forth in the professional corporation's articles of incorporation:
(1)(a) shall contain the terms:
(1)(a)(i) "professional corporation"; or
(1)(a)(ii) "P.C.";
(1)(b) may not contain the words:
(1)(b)(i) "incorporated"; or
(1)(b)(ii) "inc.";
(1)(c) may not contain:
(1)(c)(i) language stating or implying that the professional corporation is organized for a purpose other than that permitted by:
(1)(c)(i)(A) Section 16-11-6; and
(1)(c)(i)(B) the professional corporation's articles of incorporation; or
(1)(c)(ii) for a professional corporation that changes the professional corporation's name or is incorporated in or authorized to do business in the state on or after May 4, 2022, the number sequence "911"; and
(1)(d) without the written cons
