§ 13-59-102 — Definitions.
Utah·Title 13 Commerce and Trade·Ch. 13-59 Health Care Consumer Protection Act·Part 13-59-1 General Provisions
As used in this chapter:
(1)"Enrollee" means the same as that term is defined in Section 31A-1-301.
(2)"Health benefit plan" means the same as that term is defined in Section 31A-1-301.
(3)"Health care provider" means a person licensed to provide health care under:
(3)(a) Title 26B, Chapter 2, Part 2, Health Care Facility Licensing and Inspection; or
(3)(b) Title 58, Occupations and Professions.
