Text
(1)A transportation network company shall implement a policy that:
(1)(a) provides that a transportation network driver may not use a drug or alcohol or be under the influence of a drug or alcohol while providing transportation network services;
(1)(b) is posted on the transportation network company's website or software application; and
(1)(c) provides procedures for a passenger to report to the transportation network company a transportation network driver who the passenger suspects violated the policy.
(2)If a transportation network company receives a complaint about a transportation network driver under Subsection (1)(c), the transportation network company shall:
(2)(a) suspend the transportation network company driver; and
(2)(b) conduct an investigation into the transportation ne
