Text
(1)Except as provided in Subsection (2), a consumer reporting agency may not report information relating to:
(1)(a) an arrest not resulting in a conviction;
(1)(b) a criminal charge not resulting in a conviction;
(1)(c) an expunged conviction; or
(1)(d) a pardoned conviction.
(2)A consumer reporting agency may report:
(2)(a) a pending criminal charge; or
(2)(b) an arrest that has not reached a final disposition.
