Sec. 68.312. APPEAL OF RESOLUTION.
(a)A facility against which an assessment is made by board resolution may appeal the assessment to a district court in the county in the manner provided for the appeal of contested cases under Chapter 2001 , Government Code.
(b)Review by the district court is by trial de novo.
