Sec. 68.201. GENERAL POWERS OF DISTRICT.
(a)A district has all powers necessary or required to accomplish the purposes for which it was created.
(b)A district may do anything necessary, convenient, or desirable to carry out the powers expressly granted or implied by this chapter.
