Sec. 66.310. ISSUANCE OF BONDS.
(a)The board may issue and sell bonds in the name of the district to acquire land and construct facilities as provided by this chapter.
(b)Bonds issued by a district and projects and improvements of the district that are provided through the issuance of bonds are governed by Chapter 49 .
