Sec. 60.552. AUTHORIZATION OF CAMPAIGN.
(a)The commission or the executive director of a district may establish a program in the district to allow district employees to participate in a charitable campaign as provided by this subchapter.
(b)The commission or executive director of a district may adopt rules relating to the operation of a district employee charitable campaign as described in this subchapter.
