Sec. 6.156. REPORTS TO GOVERNOR.

(a)The board shall make biennial reports in writing to the governor and the members of the legislature. Each report shall include a statement of the activities of the board and its recommendations for necessary and desirable legislation.
(b)Repealed by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1312, Sec. 99(32), eff. September 1, 2013.
