Sec. 58.030. MULTICOUNTY DISTRICT: CONSIDERATION BY COMMISSION; PROCEDURE.
(a)The commission shall consider and determine on the issues a petition filed under Section 58.028 .
(b)The commission shall be governed by the provisions of Section 58.021 .
