Sec. 58.027. MULTICOUNTY DISTRICT: CONSIDERATION BY COMMISSION.

(a)The commission shall have exclusive jurisdiction and power to consider and determine all petitions for creation of a district that will include land or property located in two or more counties.
(b)The orders of the commission concerning the organization of a district shall be final, unless an appeal is taken from the orders as provided in this subchapter.
